3NB1600H Triplex Mud Pump, 7500PSI , In Stock mud pumps for drilling rigs
The drill mud pump is one of the important pieces of oil drilling equipment and transmits drilling fluid through high pressure manifold of circulating system to the bottom of a well for cooling a drill bit, cleaning the well, crushing rocks, removing cuttings, and balancing the pressure of stratum.
The pump is designed and manufactured in accordance with API Spec 7K Specification for Drilling and Well Servicing Equipment.
The pump manufactured by the Company boasts the following features:
a. Great displacement, high pressure and wide selection range.
b. Even smooth flow, less pressure fluctuation and vibration.
c. L-fluid cylinder makes it easy & fast to replace the expandable such as valves and valve seats. The suction valve can be independently dismantled. It is simple to service.
d. There are two sizes of liners & pistons (metric & inch) available, meeting the requirements of domestic and overseas customers.

3NB1600H pump has been completely assembled and test operated under pressure before being shipped to the field. The lubricant is drained from the power end and the expendable parts are removed from the fluid end.
Proper pump installation requires some thought and planning before it is brought to the location and the rig-up is made. It is difficult and expensive to correct errors in piping, pulsation dampener mounting, and tie down after they have been fabricated and welded in place. The following outline is intended as a guide when planning your installation and can help avoid unnecessary and expensive corrections.

FAQ
1) How can I place order?
A: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.
2) How can I pay you?
A: After you confirm our PI, we will request you to pay. T/T is the most usual ways we are using.
3) What's the order procedure?
A: First we discuss order details, production details. Then we issue you an PI for your confirmation. You will be requested to do pr-e paid full payment or deposit before we go into production. After we get the deposit, we start to process the order. We usually need 15-25 days if we don't have the items in stock. Before production has been finished, we will contact you for shipment details, and the balance payment. After payment has been settled, we start to prepare the shipment for you.
4) How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
5) How do you check all the goods in the production line?
A: We have spot inspection and finished product inspection. We check the goods when they go into next step production procedure.
