b. Inspect the main bearing threaded hole (7) on the semi-finished frame processed in step a, and obtain the qualified semi-finished frame,
c. After finishing the processing of the main bearing threaded holes (7) on 10 semi-finished frames, replace the taps, and inspect the tapping collets; during the processing of the semi-finished main bearing caps, process two main bearing bolt vias (9) based on one of the two discontinuous positioning stops B (s) on the semi-finished main bearing caps,
Control the distance between the center line of one of the two main bearing bolt vias (9) and the other datum to meet the design requirements, and control the center distance between the two main bearing bolt vias (9) to meet the design requirements. Specify the other datum as the installation datum B (5) of the semi-finished main bearing cap.
